Indy Health and Fitness now has a permanent location in the heart of Indianapolis and the racing community. The near 10,000 square foot facility has 10 treatment and therapy rooms, a full service fitness facility and temperature controlled group fitness/yoga studio. The services complement a full array of rehabilitation, injury treatment, fitness and performance development professionals that have worked with elite and professional athletes as well as our regular patients and friends. The center is located at 8660 Guion Rd near west of Michigan Rd just off 86th Street.
